Welcome to Long Game Fitness Shop. These terms apply when you visit our store or buy from us. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them.

Our products
We sell digital products, including Owning the Long Game: Your 12 Week Pain-Free Plan. These are delivered electronically as downloads. Nothing physical is shipped. You're responsible for providing a correct email address so we can deliver your purchase.
Licence and acceptable use
When you buy a digital product from us, you're buying a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own individual use. You may not copy, resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly post the product or any part of it. The content remains our intellectual property. We're glad for you to use it; we just ask you don't give it away or sell it on.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the product page and may change at any time. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We don't store your card details.
Refunds and your guarantee
Our refund terms, including our 12-week guarantee, are set out in full in our Refund Policy. Please read it as it forms part of these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Long Game Fitness will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, or affects your non-waivable consumer rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove any consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
