Shipping & Delivery Policy

Owning the Long Game is a digital product. There's nothing physical to ship and you'll receive your plan as an instant digital download. This means there are no additional shipping costs and no waiting for delivery.

How delivery works

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a link to download your plan. In most cases this arrives within a few minutes. The download link is also shown on the order confirmation page straight after checkout.

Please make sure you enter a correct email address at checkout, as this is where your plan will be sent.

Didn't receive your download?

If your email hasn't arrived within an hour, please check your spam or junk folder first,  automated emails sometimes land there. If you still can't find it, email us at long.game.fitness.help@gmail.com and we'll resend your download straight away.

Trouble opening your file?

Your plan is delivered as a PDF, which opens on phones, tablets, and computers. If your file won't open or appears damaged, get in touch at long.game.fitness.help@gmail.com and we'll sort it out for you.
